With the recent opening of the St Denys boardwalk, many football supporters use the South Western Arms as a stopover between St Denys Train Station and St Mary’s Stadium. We are a 2 minute walk from the boardwalk entrance on the Horseshoe Bridge providing a scenic walkway to Northam.

We are within easy access of the M3 & M27 motorways, and directly adjacent to St Denys train station which makes us popular with commuters and football supporters, we are a two minute walk from the new boardwalk leading to the Southampton FC ground in St Marys. We offer a selection of authentic Cornish pasties at the weekend which are popular with those stopping off on the way to the match and football supporters are welcome to park for free.
